Altar Guild

The Altar Guild plays a vital role in creating a sacred and meaningful worship experience. Comprised of dedicated individuals, this ministry prepares and maintains the church’s sacred space. Duties encompass a range of tasks, from arranging liturgical linens and vestments to ensuring the proper placement of candles, flowers, and sacred vessels. Through attention to detail, the Altar Guild members create an atmosphere of reverence and beauty, facilitating a seamless flow of worship. The ministry’s selfless service not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the sanctuary but also cultivates an environment where congregants can deeply connect to God.

The Altar Guild schedule is maintained by four (4) teams assigned on a weekly basis. This encompasses each team gathering one (1) Saturday per month to prepare the Sanctuary for the Sunday services that week. It also includes preparations for other services during a team’s week of service.
