Strategic plan revised for new Rector!
During the summer of 2025, our parish entered a season of deep reflection and discernment as we prepared to call our next Rector. This pivotal moment allowed us to celebrate the many successes of our strategic plan while looking honestly toward the future of our community.
To guide this process, we partnered with Holy Cow Consulting to conduct a comprehensive parish survey. By comparing these fresh insights with our past data, we were able to clearly see how the Holy Spirit has moved within our congregation and how our needs have evolved.
We have now revised our Strategic Plan to reflect these shifts, ensuring our mission remains vibrant and responsive. This updated roadmap honors our history while providing a clear, energized vision for our next chapter together.
