St Boniface is among the most progressive churches in a diocese under the leadership of a new young Bishop who is bringing us forward-thinking dreams for discipleship, diversity, leadership, and transformation. Come work in a place where your specific gifts and vocational dreams are valued and supported on Siesta Key, one of God’s most beautiful settings on earth. We lead with joy.
We have completed and implemented a strategic plan and recently reviewed our significant progress toward goals. The consulting company Holy Cow calls St. Boniface a transformative congregation with a Magi culture. We have a surprising diversity of theological perspectives. We continue to be committed to justice issues in our community and welcome recently retired people from around the world to our parish.
We believe that the church is the people, and every person is a beloved child of God, deserving dignity, respect, and love.
