GIVING TREE

Saint Boniface’s Giving Tree celebrates in a unique way our commitment to outreach.  Throughout the year this tree offers parishioners opportunities to support worthy local organizations throughout the year, at the times when they most needed it.  Watch this website, our Facebook page, the newsletter and bulletins for information about upcoming opportunities to pick a tag off the Giving Tree and make a difference in our community.

Past Giving Trees have supported All Faith's Food Bank, B.E.S.T.'s recycling program, Bethesda House, Family Promise, Healthy Families, Saint Boniface Peace and Justice, Saint Boniface Thrift Shop and Support our Troops Care Package Operation.  For information contact Ginger Pavloff (966-8715)  or Nancy Rafter (346-3972).

BACKPACKS PACK SUPPORT
Backpacks - 2010.2Our July Giving Tree supported Healthy Families, a program of the Florida Center for Child and Family Development, working to stem abuse and neglect in at-risk families in our community.  We collected supply-filled backpacks --70 of them!-- for kindergarteners in the program as they headed off to their first day of school.  Click here to read a thank you letter from the Florida Center's President , and here to read a letter from Healthy Families' Vice President.
