From one-time only to on-going activities, our opportunities for healing and fellowship offer something for every parishioner, seeking to exercise their ministry as a Christian. See the ministries and groups below. For information on participating in any of our ministries, contact the Church Office (941-349-5616) or contact the listed group leader (see your parish directory for details).
Coffee Hour Hosts bring and set out refreshments, make sure the table is stocked, and tidy up afterwards.  Slots are open for the early team or the late team.  Bakers are also welcome to bring additional items.  The duty is light (15 to 30 minutes per shift) and the rewards are great!   Sign-up sheets are in the Parish Hall or contact the church office.  Call Grace Riker or email.
Evening Prayer meets Wednesdays from 5:30-6:00 p.m.  Taken from the Book of Common Prayer, this service convenes worshippers weekly to be led and to participate in a quiet service of scriptural lessons, affirmations of faith, prayers and restoration for the new day at hand.  Evening Prayer is lay-led and all are welcome to attend, drawing together with a common desire to seek peace and renewed purpose with God, Christ, Spirit and one another.  During the summer months (May - September) our popular summer potlucks follow the service, affording a meaningful opportunity for further fellowship, sharing and growing together in Christ. For more information, please call Katherine Johnson or email.
Foyers offers a relaxed opportunity for adult parishioners to get acquainted over a simple meal in each others’ homes. Foyers meet in groups of six to eight four times during the year. Twice a year all Foyers Groups come together for a combined activity. Foyers welcomes singles and couples, young and old, gourmet and meat-n-tater lovers – anyone who enjoys good fun, food and fellowship. Groups form in the fall for the coming year. Contact Peg Davant, Bev Parker, or Holley Schroeder.
If you enjoy making new friends, this hospitality ministry is for you. Greeters work in rotation, one Sunday a month, by the door of the church before and after the services. They greet and welcome visitors, newcomers and fellow parishioners at Saint Boniface, and help them feel comfortable while worshiping with us. They invite people to Coffee Hour or other parish activities. For more information call Alice Reid or email.
This group meets monthly to share thoughts on jointly chosen literary works.  Email Marilyn Hill  for information.
This group meets weekly on Tuesday afternoons at 1 p.m. for crafting and fellowship, knitting prayer shawls, baby blankets, chemo caps and care dolls -- all donated to local organizations.  Contact Meg Larrabee for more information.
Men of Boniface is open to all the men of the parish and all men are considered members, meeting at 8:00 Friday mornings for breakfast, fellowship and Bible study. Contact Reg Irvine for more information.
Meeting on Mondays in parishioners' homes, this group reads and discusses a different book each month.  Once a year we vote on the list of books for the coming year.  Since forming in 2000, we have grown into a lively and congenial group.  New participants are always welcome! Watch the newsletter and Sunday leaflets for announcement of monthly meetings.  Contact Grace Riker via email for more information.
Potluck Suppers are each Wednesday, bringing a dish to share.  They take place in the Parish Hall after the 5:30 service.  Contact Katherine Johnson for more information.
Yoga meets Mondays at 4:30 p.m., women and men of all levels are welcome, bring a towel or yoga mat and loose fitting clothes. Fee is $10 per session.  Contact the church office for room location.
