Current Classes Lent Easter 2010
ARE YOU READY? A better life? Deeper commitments? Stronger faith? If your questions are like these, you might want to be part of our classes in Lent to prepare for the April 3 Easter Vigil renewal of vows, or to join the church at that time, or to confirm your faith at the time of our Bishop’s visit June 6. We’ll use scripture, tradition, and theology to help you find the answers.

Every Sunday in Lent, February 21 - March 21 the Rector’s Class: 10:15 - 11:05 in the Community Center
The premise starts with the teaching that Lent is a time of reflection and repentance as we prepare for Easter.  Reflcetion calls for looking at our own lives through the window provided by the Gospel account.  Repentence is a theological term which, at its root, means turning around.  In our case we are turning toward the invitation of renewing our basic Christian commitment at Easter.
